Chosen by the judges for its innovative choice of lens material and imaginative marketing campaign, the ceremony took place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on Saturday 13th April.
Over 600 guests from every part of the optical industry attended the evening event, where 17 different awards were presented by sponsoring companies and optical dignitaries, alongside entertainment from UK comedian, Hugh Dennis.
The highly regarded ‘Contact Lens Product of the Year’ award was presented to CooperVision by Optician Editor, Chris Bennett, in recognition of the lens product that has made the biggest impact in the last 12 months.
